Zach Williams Misses Red Rocks Show Due to Illness
No artist ever wants to call in a sick day, especially now that some venues are finally starting to open up! But, when Zack Williams got sick 2 weeks ago, he had no choice but to miss playing at one of the coolest concerts in Christian Music.
Casting Crowns, We the Kingdom, Cain, Cory Asbury and more were a part of a two night series of shows at the Red Rocks Amphitheater near Denver, Colorado! The venue is unique and many artists have a goal to perform here, as it is such a beautiful setting!
Zach Williams was so disappointed to miss this show, but, when Cory Asbury took his turn on the stage, he wanted to make sure that Zach knew how loved and missed he was by everyone there! Check out this clip:
Zach shared, “I am reminded of that feeling of joy that comes over me each night when we sing the words from Chain Breaker – and now as I’m hearing others sing them. God ALWAYS has a perfect plan. He still uses the words he put on my heart for his glory—even when I am laying in bed.”
The good news is that Zach Williams is feeling much better and will be back on the road very soon!
