Phil Wickham Announces 2022 Tour
After earning his second Billboard #1 with his song “Battle Belongs” earlier this year, Phil Wickham officially announced his upcoming 2022 tour titled “Hymn of Heaven.” Take a look at the exciting announcement below where Phil shares who will be joining him as the opener:
Another song on the album, “House of the Lord,” is currently climbing our chart and in a recent interview with Christian News, Phil commented on this song, saying, “What I realized this last year when I wrote this song in the middle of 2020, a pandemic year when we weren’t even allowed to meet in the literal house of the Lord is that the house of the Lord is not something that’s made by hands or by man, but it’s you and it’s me who call ourselves believers in Jesus. We are the church. A building is not the church and inside of you is everything you need to totally impact and change the world around you for the kingdom of God.”

I was familiar with Phil’s songs but not with his name until I started watching “The Chosen”. Seeing the video to the “Shepard” with the different musicians was tremendous. I am a grandmother of 12 and they all knew Phil – I am so grateful for Christian music that is uplifting and speaks to all ages (especially the teenagers).
