“Unsung Hero” Wins Feature Film at GMA Dove Awards with Special Moment
Our favorite night in Christian music – the 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards – aired this past weekend exclusively on TBN! There were so many encouraging moments, and so many of our favorite songs were performed.
It was really hard to narrow it down, but our team decided some of our favorite moments from the night!
It was probably a surprise to no one that the winner in the “Feature Film” category was Unsung Hero! If you missed the movie, this was the story of Joel and Luke Smallbone (from For King & Country) and their entire family as they relocated to America over 30 years ago.
But, as the Smallbone family came to the stage, Luke had a surprise to honor his parents, David and Helen…
