May 5: The National Day of Prayer

Here in the United States, the first Thursday of May, is declared by our U.S. Congress as the National Day of Prayer.  This annual event is actually a declaration signed by the president and all Americans are encouraged to turn to God in prayer on this day!   

A special event will be broadcast and Christian music artists, Chris Tomlin, Lecrae, and Matthew West will be there.  Find details of where you can view this event here.
